- As of January 1st, 2009, guests will be required to pay a 3.00 resort fee, per room per night, exclusive of tax, directly to the property upon check-in. The resort fee will cover free local calls, free 800# access and the new in-room safes.

On first appearance the hotel and room was fine. I was able to look past the curt attitude of the receptionist and mistake made in assigning our room. However, my unease grew as I noticed how dirty the walls and floors were, and also found the garbage of the previous guest still in our room. Our TV wasn't working so we had to get it replaced. The maintainance man was very apologetic and replaced our TV but it was rather annoying to have this be done in the evening when we wanted to relax after travelling. We realize this is a budget hotel and don't expect much, but we DID want clean sheets, new towels, and the garbage taken out each day. This was not done and we had issues every day of stay. First they didn't change the sheets for 3 days even after our pestering. They didn't give us enough clean towels, hap hazardly emptied our trash and one day left cleaning supplies in the room, another day leaving a dirty towel, etc. If our complaints had been responded to in a curteous manner and efficiently dealt with I would not compain, but the front desk staff was argumentative about everything and it took going to supervisors to get anything done. The elevators are not in code, with warning signs posted. The breakfast is okay, but crowded and dirty. The room was never cleaned well, and we heard other customers complaining of similar issues.

The hotel was awful. The room that they gave us had a broken toliet that had no top to the toliet. The stench of bowel movements was outrageous. The hotel gave us another room with only one bed in which that air conditioner was broken. When called about the air, the hotel staff stated thaey were going to send a maintance man up to fix it. We waited an hour, no worker. My husband went down to the office in which they gave us a room with one king bed to share and the room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The staff was very rude.

My finacee and I stayed at this Comfort Inn for our Anniversary. We were looking for a room that was comfortable and nice at the same time. From the moment we checked-in to the hotel were we very satisifed. The hotel staff was very polite and the rooms were nice and clean. There were NO bugs, and the breakfast was good too. I think the best part for us was the bed. They were firm, pillow-top beds that put us in that deep sleep. For anyone who has back problems or a recent surgery on their back, these beds are perfect for support. And the showere water is very Hot! Can't wait for our next trip, and we will definitely being staying here!!!!

We spent only 4 out of the 5 paid nights at this hotel and had the worst experience ever! We booked two double-bed rooms with private baths. The first night I woke up in the middle of the night to find two bugs/TICKS crawling in my bed! I don?t know what they were but when I swatted them to death, red blood stains were left behind! In the morning we were transferred into different rooms but encountered the same problem, upon returning from a tiring day of Disney parks. This time, we found our ?guestlike-bugs? in the ice bucket, the bathroom, and the beds again, along with house keeping forgetting their cleaning supplies in the room next to the tv. On a side note, this particular hotels amenities were enjoyed more by anyone other than the paying human-guests!! We actually had the pleasure of watching ducks swimming in the swimming pool, instead of fellow hotel guests!! The hotels staff did not give us any reimbursement, solution, or even an apology to the problems! In fact, my family (who had infants with them and didn?t want to take any more chances with the bugs issue) decided to book another hotel for the few nights we had left. Therefore, we ended up not using all the nights that we had paid for already. I would only recommend this hotel to those of you that are fond of sleeping with bugs and wouldn?t mind taking an afternoon swim with our fellow ducks! As for me, I will NOT be returning to this hotel to stay ever again and will in fact be warning my work colleagues and friends about the run down state of the rooms!!

price of the room was a bargain. room was clean enough. building exterior could sure use a cleaning. stairwell and walkway from parking lot was not clean. walked past the same cigarette butt on the stairs for the entire 4 night stay. one elevator was out of service. all in all we didn't spend that much time in the room or use the pool so it didnt really matter. yes i would stay again but i would try the other wing
